Currently in crisis or needing medical/psychiatric treatment (this mentorship is supportive, but not therapy or medical care).

What our 8 weeks together will look like
Week 1: Reworking Your Foundation
You’ll learn to gently return to yourself, tending to your nervous system and inner safety, creating a steady foundation for everything else in your healing journey.
Week 2: Empowerment Part 1 – Somatic Nervous System & the Science of Anxiety
You’ll learn how your body responds to stress and anxiety because understanding your body’s signals becomes the first step toward true empowerment.
Week 3: Empowerment Part 2 – Quantum Physics & Anxiety
You’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and energy interact on a deeper, quantum level, gaining insight into how consciousness influences anxiety and personal transformation.
Week 4: Devotion – Healing Through Self-Love
You’ll discover practices to cultivate compassion and devotion toward yourself, unlocking the healing power of self-love to soothe anxiety and nurture resilience.
Week 5: Mindfulness Part 1 – Becoming the Observer
You’ll learn to step back from automatic reactions, cultivating awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations to gain clarity and presence.
Week 6: Mindfulness Part 2 – Breaking the Loops
You’ll uncover the mental, emotional, and behavioral loops that fuel anxiety, practicing mindfulness and somatic tools to interrupt patterns and begin transforming them from the inside out.
Week 7: Resilience – Learning to Hold More
You’ll strengthen your capacity to face challenging emotions and situations, building emotional endurance, adaptability, and trust in your ability to hold yourself through life’s storms.
Week 8: Bonus & Closing
You’ll integrate the tools, insights, and practices from the program, creating a personalized toolkit to maintain a calm, resilient nervous system and continue your journey of self-connection and empowerment.
